Caution: more display fiddling

Trying to make my placeholder design into something I like better (and, if possible, institute a mobile-friendly viewing option via CSS). Apologies if things shift, change colors, or break at random.

EDIT - Currently looking like the only way I'm going to be able to both keep my icons AND have them display in a mobile-friendly way is to change themes entirely. Sorry, this is going to be abrupt and jarring - I'll get things back in order ASAP.
