Seasonal Affective Disorder has kicked in my door and taken me hostage.

Posting will be infrequent until I gather sufficient energy to manage more than baseline "required for functioning" activities. Partner is doing well, for those concerned - she is recovering nicely. I am just quite drained at the moment for existence-is-poorly-timed reasons.
